Evoko Room Manager. The conference room management system consists of an 8 inch touch-sensitive screen that is placed on the wall outside of the meeting room, connected to the company Exchange Server. No Picnic was responsible for the product design and the user interface. The Evoko Room Manager makes it possible to check the booking status directly on the screen and make an instant meeting. The illuminated red or green glow makes it easy to see from a distance whether the room is free or not. The interface itself is just as intuitive and self-explanatory.
